Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc., a provider with servers including locations in the European Union. When you visit the site, the provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser identifier. This processing is required for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and company, and your message) to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Delivery runs via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). We delete inquiries once they are fully handled and no statutory retention duties apply.

Booking an appointment

To arrange an intro call we use Microsoft Bookings, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. The booking button on this website is a plain link: only when you click it do you leave our site and data is transferred to Microsoft. Nothing is loaded and no cookie is set on our own site for this. If you book a slot there, we process your name, email address, phone number, company and the chosen time in order to hold the appointment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Microsoft's own privacy statement additionally applies to the booking page.

Analytics and advertising (only with consent)

We only use web analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement if you explicitly consent via the consent banner (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) of the German TDDDG). Without your consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings link in the footer.

IT security check

The self-assessment on this website runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are neither transmitted to us nor stored.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact info@ruknova.com informally. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
